Flat Rate Service Pricing* & Appointments (Santa Clarita, Castaic, Stevenson Ranch)

 I do not take appointments over the phone nor return calls during working hours (8am - 6pm) due to the fact I can't hear while working and I will not make or take calls while driving. All appointments are booked online as it is a much more efficient and accurate way for you to provide your information. 

Occasionally, appointments have to be changed due to unexpected delays or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified by text message and or email as to the appointment time and date changes. To avoid delays and confusion, please read and follow instructions provided here and in text or email notifications.

Please note: I am unable to move LG "Tower" washer/dryers. If the dryer exhaust connection is inaccessible the outlet must be accessible from the ground or the owner must move the machine prior to the cleaning appointment.

With few exceptions, all payment is due immediately upon completion of the work. Check, cash, Zelle or major credit cards are accepted. Checks by mail are NOT accepted!

Discounts do not apply to commercial or rental properties. Discounts apply only to occupying  owners or paying tenants and NOT friends or relatives.
