I am a native of Southern California and have lived here all of my life. I spent my first 47 years in the San Fernando Valley before moving to Santa Clarita.
I have always worked in a customer service in one way or another even before I finished school. I have been a business owner or independent contractor for over 30 years. Most of my experience during this time has been a combination of sales and service involving residential properties. I have been involved with new construction and rehab of prior construction. This gives me an advantage in knowing the basics of how homes are built, of which most of my competition don't have a clue.
As with many people, I have personal experience or have heard the horror stories about the scams and deceptions of many service companies. Most of the bait and switch or up sales I have encountered, involve carpet cleaning, heating/air conditioning service and MOST of all, air duct cleaning. This is why I have a flat rate with NO up sales or bait and switch tactics. I am a firm believer in treating others as I wish to be treated and that includes business transactions. No deceptions or false advertising. Honesty, integrity, reliability.
